Ian Ross
Ian Ross has close to 20 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets. Since June 2002 he has been affiliated with Sonenshine Pastor, a NY based merchant banking and investment banking boutique.
Prior to that Mr. Ross was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for the origination and execution of investment
banking business for international and regional clients in the Latin American media and telecommunications area. Mr. Ross completed assignments
for several of the leading international telecommunications companies operating in the region. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Ross was at CS First Boston in New York and
Switzerland for eleven years. Mr. Ross received a BA from the University of Western Ontario.
Mark
Lee
President and CEO, OSA Technologies, Inc. Most recently,
Mark Lee served as Intel's Enterprise Solution Program
manager, working with various
Linux and open source software companies (VA Linux, Sendmail,
Lotus,
Novell,
Inktomi, RealNetwork, etc.) in porting and tuning their
software solutions for IA-64 and IA-32 next-generation microprocessors.
From 1991
at Intel, Mr. Lee was involved with software programming, chip design,
IT technology standards, e-business market
development, and
investment due diligence for Intel Capital, a $5B+ portfolio.
Mr. Lee performed technical due diligence on Ariba, US Web, HotOffice,
iCat, as well
as on numerous other companies. Lee has served on the
advisory boards
of eight Internet
companies for which he has provided strategic vision
and partnering
connections and has helped to raise many millions of
dollars from VCs and angels.
Prior
to joining Intel, Lee consulted for McKinsey & Company,
IBM, Microsoft, MIT Sloan School, MIT LCS/AI Lab, and
MIT Media Lab. Mr. Lee earned an Intel-sponsored
executive MBA from Arizona State University, an MS in
EECS from MIT, and BS in EE from MIT.
Jeewan Kim President and CEO, Tennor, Inc.
Mr. Kim is the founder of Tennor, Inc., a technology-focused product marketing
company. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at IPC.
From 1989 to 2000, Mr. Kim was the Global Account Manager and District Sales Manager
at Hewlett-Packard, where he was the recipient of several top sales awards, including
the President's Global Award for
consistently ranking #1 in sales at HP. Mr. Kim also hosted the visit
of Korean President D.J. Kim to Hewlett-Packard.
Mr. Kim graduated from Hankook University of Foreign Studies with a B.A.
in International Communications.
David Taber
David has over 23 years of software marketing and engineering experience
in direct-sales enterprise software firms. Most recently, at Sun Microsystems
he ran the Forte for Java portal and business development program, with
an audience of 4+ million and over 100 ISV partners. Previously, he ran
Forte Software's marketing organization, responsible for all tactical
and strategic marketing activities. David was the lead Forte executive
working on the business development that lead to Sun's acquisition of
Forte software. Before joining Forte in 1997, Taber was Vice President
of Worldwide Marketing at ILOG, the world's largest vendor of optimization
engines. ILOG, headquartered in France, was completely repositioned by
David prior to taking the company public in 1997. David was previously
Group Director for Strategic Marketing at Sybase. David also held a series
of commercial software marketing positions at Sun Microsystems over 7
years, most recently as director of product marketing for SunSoft. David's
first marketing role was as a product planner for Pacific Telesis' information
product line. Prior to business school, David was a research analyst
for 7 years at Stanford Research Institute, working in their Center for
Systems Development. David earned a B.A. and an MBA from the University
of California.
Kerry Hill
Kerry Hill has been working in finance and accounting
for nearly twenty years, mostly in high-tech companies.
Most
recently
she held Controller
positions at a wafer manufacturer and a communications
semiconductor startup. Prior to that, Ms. Hill spent
10 years in various
financial planning and
strategic planning management positions at Xilinx,
a highly successful programmable logic company which grew
to $1
billion in annual
revenue. At these companies, Ms. Hill was responsible
for financial planning,
results, investor reporting, and implementation of
controls. As Director of Strategic
Planning at Xilinx, Ms. Hill led the development of
strategy for each division and function as well as the overall
company. Ms.
Hill also
served nearly
five years as a officer in the Air Force. Ms. Hill
has
an MBA in accounting from Santa Clara University, an
MS from
University
of
Southern California,
and a Bachelors in Finance from University of Notre
Dame. She passed the CPA exam, and is pursuing a CPA license
in California.
Alex Reichl, Security Lawyer
Mr. Reichl currently counsels various small to medium sized venture funds
and emerging companies as CEO of eVentures Law Group, Inc. and as a member
of various boards of advisors and directors. Mr. Reichl is a founder
of
LiterateWorld, Inc. and eVentures Law Group, Inc. Mr. Reichl serves as
General Counsel for Redwood Ventires, and was founding corporate counsel
for Comstellar Technologies, Inc. In his stint with Redwood and
Comstellar, Mr. Reichl was responsible for overseeing, facilitating,
and
creating over $500M in transactions. Mr. Reichl graduated from Westmont
College in Business and Economics with departmental honors for highest
achievement. Mr. Reichl graduated from the Boalt Hall School of Law at
the
University of California at Berkeley with distinction.
