AppComposer Installations

We are updating AppComposer to remove all the licensing requirements. Until then, it will be difficult to run AppComposer unless you already have a license key.

Installations come in several flavors: The "enterprise" version includes support for EJBs and Web Services. And "VM" versions include a compatible Java Virtual Machine (recommended until more testing is done with current VMs).
