Reopen Behavior editor when multi-line strings are set causes layout anomalies

Using a TextField makes it impossible to edit Strings with embedded newlines.
**Josh Gruenberg 6/4/98**

Now allows newlines within strings.

You can certainly put newlines into strings now, and in general it works great.

There is one unfortunate side-effect bug involving auto-sizing and window
resizing:
1-Insert a string data item and a behavior
2-edit the behavior so that it sends a Set message to the string with: a string
about 10 lines tall
3-close the behavior window and re-open it
4-note that the with: field (and the window) have auto-sized to being 10 lines
tall (along with the With: button, which is kind of ugly...)
5-click that With: button to change to With=
6-resize the behavior window vertically or horizontally
-->most or all of the window controls disappear

A similar effect can be produced in the Property List Editor dialog.

(reduced priority from 3 to 5 since this bug is harder to reproduce)
