problems with InstallAnywhere Mac application:
1. capsule and outline windows have no resize box.
2. command S keeps menu highlight when no dialog appears and
prompts.
3. there is a frame around dragged items from within the outline
solution is to throw away the installed Spin application file on
the Mac, and expand Spin.bin using Stuffit expander. The resulting
Spin application will not have these problems, and also contains
the resources to register the file types.
