1 - Set up Apache or some other thing that sucks up port 80 for your machine
2 - Launch Spin and Edit Preferences
3 - In DebugServer panel, if you quickly change the port from 80 to 90, click "true", and click "Close", occasionally you get a message saying "Web server failed to start up -- port already in use".
There is some kind of timing or message-passing race condition here -- this happens sometimes, but not always.
