'View->Spin Documentation' and 'View->Spin Resources' just beep instead of
causing Netscape to show the desired page.
It works if no Netscape windows are open, but if any Netscapes are already
open, it just beeps.
Manually typing the command that is being sent to exec() in a shell window
produces the desired result, so not sure what is wrong...
