1 Create a HTMLList with list type=definition.
2 Add some HTMLListItems with kind=term and definition.
3 Serve the HTMLDocument which contains them.
I get spurious ">"s output, plus it puts <DD> in place of <DT>, and <LI> in
place of <DD>.
