Items inserted into a project should be sorted by name.
Particularly ugly when you insert a big directory into
a Project, and expand it to find the ordering makes it
impossible to find a thing.

Added sorting of inserted directories.
And sorted add of single file Addition.
Old projects will not be automatically sorted, but will
need recreating to get their sort order correct.

This works, but the sorting is case sensitive. I supposed that matches Unix
behavior, but it seems a bit odd on Mac & Windows.
