There is no way to start Spin with a specific project open. Conventional
methods such as double clicking the .zap file on Mac or including the file
name in the shortcut path on Win (even a full path), still opens Spin with an
untitled project. Completely reproducible.

Now on Mac and windows you can double-click project and capsule files
to open them provided you go through the Spin installer, and on the
Mac additionally expand Spin.bin, and use the resulting file to
open Spin instead on the one installed by default.

This works, but I find it curious that double-clicking a project file while
Spin is not running on NT gives the following result:
- Spin launches
- the project file you double-clicked opens
- an empty "Untitled Project" window is opened on top of that <-- yuck!
So... I don't know whether to call it "Fixed"... Maybe close this bug and
update bug 399?
