Scene editor should be custom editor for scene object, so generic is still available

This is a fairly minor bug. When you have a Spin scene
in a capsule, opening the generic editor opens the layout
editor. It seems to me that the layout editor should
be a custom editor, and the generic editor should just
be the normal property editor.

As it is now, the only way to edit properties on a
Scene actor is through the Actor menu. There is no
way to get an editor showing all properties. So it
would be nice if we still had the generic editor,
and the Edit-Custom command would open the Layout
editor. Double clicking on the scene would still
open the layout editor, as it does now.
