You know our conversation about turning the toybox
on and off? I just realized that the only problem
is when you have a bean that is running continuously,
and the only bean we currently have that runs continuously
is Time. All we need to do is add a property to Time
that enables and disables it. When disabled, Time
stops generating events.

Added enabled state to Time bean. It enables whether the
listeners are fired or not.
