Might need a dirty bit to check.. if there is an unchanged project or capsule
open (no data) when an existing project or capsule is chosen from the Open menu
command, close the new untitled window also.
This applies specifically when Spin first launches.

This works when you open a project file (any "Untitled Project" that you have
open will be closed), but it does not seem to work if you have an "Untitled
Capsule Outline" window open that has not been modified.
Also, if you double-click a project file to launch Spin on NT, Spin launches,
the project opens, then an "Untitled Project" window opens on top of that.
